Welcome to Empowering Athletes
Athletic training encompasses the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries and medical conditions.
These classes will be focusing on over all strength and conditioning including balance, coordination, core, strength, cardio, agility, endurance and will end with stretching. Classes will be conducted in a fun environment with small groups to give focus on technique and proper performance of exercises. Classes are 60 minutes.

TRAIN WITH YOUR WHOLE TEAM
One-on-one sessions with the athlete and athletic trainer. Focus can include injury prevention, overall fitness, enhancing sport performance, or specific sports needs.
Session are 60 minutes, with individualized services for athletes of all ages.
No double booking or overlap.
