Fall Schedule

Strength Training

Starting November 1st – December 23rd

8-week session. Pick 1-4 days a week.

Ages 9-up

Beginner/Intermediate

Grades 7-12

Intermediate/Advance 

Monday @ 5:15pm

Tuesday @ 5:45pm

Wednesday @ 5:45pm

Thursday @ 5:15pm

 

Adults 

Monday @ 12:00pm

Saturday yoga & recovery

Grade 6-Adults

Yoga 10:30am-11:30am

Open Recovery 11;30am-1:30pm

During the recovery time they will have access to guided stretches, foam rollers, massage tools, massage hammer, Recovery boots and tools, they will be allow about 10 min of time with an ATC if a small issue is occurring that popped up during the week (this is NOT a full injury eval) guidance only will be given.

Ages 14+

Open Recovery Time Slots (Weekdays)

1 hour time slots. Access to stretching, foam rollers, massage tools, massage hammer, Recovery boots. This is self guided. Ages 14 and up (or with permission from Jaimie).

Payment for Athletic Training appointments and Classes are due at time of services.

24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid charges for sessions.
