Group Class

Drop in Group Classes

These classes will be focusing on balance, coordination, strength, cardio, agility, endurance and will end with stretching.  Classes will be conducted in a fun environment with small groups to give focus on technique and proper performance of exercises. Classes will focus on overall strengthening including core.

Classes are 1.5  hour.
