About our Classes












These classes will be focusing on overall strength training including balance, coordination, core, strength, cardio, agility, endurance and will end with stretching. Classes will be conducted in a fun environment, with small groups, to give focus on technique and proper performance of exercises.

Mk the RD and Empowering Athletes introduce

4 week nutrition & Exercise program.  

For girls age 11-18

Topics covered are : 

The benefits of movement, Macronutrients and their roles in the body, body positivity, nutrition for fitness, link between nutrition and mental health, how to read food labels.  

30-35 minute with MK the RD and 30 minutes with Jaimie from Empowering Athletes

Leading Therapy home & Empowering Athletes introduce

a HIIT Exercise class with OT Foundations 

For kids ages 10-15

Created and led by a certified athletic trainer and licensed occupational therapist

Fun and engaging activities that focus on well-being, not competition!

inclusive & supportive environment for kids of all skill levels

Small group size to ensure individualized attention and support
