Performing Arts Medicine

Jaimie spent six years touring with Broadway shows, including the Radio City Rockettes, Lord of the Dance, Burn the Floor, and HeartBeat of Home. Radio City closed their Rockettes’ touring cast in 2015 and it was time to start a new chapter. She began teaching at Dean College and did outreach at an Irish Dance school, a ballet school, and a Gymnastic center. Finally, in 2018, Jaimie opened up Empowering Athletes in its own space and has loved every minute of it!

Jaimie has done a variety of lectures for dancers, performing artists, Athletic Training students and Athletic Trainers on performing arts. She is also an active member of Performing Arts Athletic Training Society (PAATS), International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS), Doctors for Dancers, DanseMedica. Jaimie currently is an affiliate with Boston Children Sports Medicine and works closely with their Doctors including Dr. Bridget Quinn and Dr. Ellen Geminiani.

 Jaimie and her team work with clients from a variety of performance arts areas, including:
