Looking to return to sports after injury?

Get back into sport-specific training to regain your pre-injury abilities. An Athletic Trainer will develop a custom program for the athlete/patient that incorporates a gradual increase in strength and conditioning methods. Focusing on both sides of the body with sport-specific drills that focus on proper technique, an Athletic Trainer will educate, demonstrate and supervise proper exercise with the ultimate goal of preventing and/or reducing sport-related injuries.
