Every 1st Thursday of the month, we will have a new topic for Habits for Injury Prevention.
This is an active participation workshop. We will be showing and instructing athletes of all ages, on healthy ways to help increase mobility and stretch.

February – Lower body dynamic warm up and cool down before activity and cool down and static stretching for after a workout or game.
March – Upper body mobility and dynamic warm up and cool down before activity and cool down and static stretching for after a workout or game, or competition.
April – Hip and Ankle mobility and we will go over some static stretching for after a workout, game, or competition.
